777ad Terms and Conditions – Rules & Platform Usage Policy

1. Introduction

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player," "User," "you") and 777ad ("the Platform," "we," "us," "our"). 777ad operates an online gaming and betting platform accessible at 777ad.world, offering casino games, live dealer games, sports betting, and related services to eligible players.

By accessing, registering on, or using any part of the 777ad platform, you confirm that you have read these Terms in their entirety, that you understand them, and that you agree to be bound by them. If you do not agree to any part of these Terms, you must not use the 777ad platform.

These Terms apply to all 777ad products including the casino, live casino, sportsbook, jackpot slots, roulette, fishing games, and any promotional offers associated with the platform. Supplementary terms for specific products or promotions may be published alongside those products — such supplementary terms are to be read alongside these general Terms, and in the event of a conflict, the supplementary terms take precedence for the specific product or promotion they govern.

2. Eligibility

To open a 777ad account and use the platform you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements at all times:

• You are at least 18 years of age. 777ad does not permit persons under the age of 18 to register or play under any circumstances.
• You are not a current employee, contractor, consultant, director, or immediate family member of an employee of 777ad or any of its affiliated game providers or payment partners.
• You are opening the account on your own behalf and for your own personal use — not on behalf of any third party, business, or organisation.
• You are not prohibited from online gaming by any applicable law that applies to you in your jurisdiction of residence.
• You have not previously been self-excluded or barred from the 777ad platform. Players under a self-exclusion period are not permitted to register new accounts, and any accounts opened in circumvention of an existing exclusion will be closed immediately.
• You have the full legal capacity to enter into a binding contract under the laws applicable in your jurisdiction.

777ad reserves the right to request documentary evidence of eligibility at any time. Failure to provide satisfactory evidence when requested may result in the suspension of your account pending verification, or the permanent closure of your account where verification cannot be completed.

3. Account Registration

To use 777ad's paid gaming services you must register an account. During registration you will be required to provide accurate, current, and complete information including your full legal name, date of birth, mobile number, and a valid email address. You are responsible for ensuring all information held by 777ad is kept accurate and up to date.

One account per person: Each individual may hold only one 777ad account. Registering multiple accounts — even with different email addresses, mobile numbers, or payment methods — constitutes a breach of these Terms. If duplicate accounts are identified, 777ad reserves the right to close all accounts associated with that individual, void all bets, and forfeit all bonus funds. Any real-money balance held in a duplicate account will be returned to the verified primary account minus any bonuses awarded.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your 777ad login credentials. Do not share your password with any other person. 777ad will not be liable for any loss or damage resulting from unauthorised access to your account caused by your failure to maintain password security. If you believe your account has been accessed without your authorisation, contact 777ad support immediately at support@777ad.world.

4. KYC & Identity Verification

777ad is committed to operating a secure, compliant platform. As part of our Know Your Customer (KYC) programme, we may at any point request verification documents from any account holder. This is standard industry practice and protects both you and 777ad from fraud and identity theft.

Documents that may be requested include:

• Proof of Identity: A valid government-issued photo ID — National Identity Card (CNIC), passport, or driving licence.
• Proof of Address: A utility bill, bank statement, or official government correspondence dated within the past three months showing your registered address.
• Proof of Payment Method: A screenshot or confirmation of the Easypaisa, JazzCash, or bank account used to deposit — sufficient to confirm the account is held in your name.
• Source of Funds: For larger withdrawals or deposits, 777ad may request evidence of the source of funds — such as a payslip, bank statement, or business income documentation.

Withdrawal processing for unverified accounts may be suspended until verification is complete. 777ad aims to complete KYC reviews within 48 hours of receiving complete documentation. Accounts where verification cannot be completed will be closed in accordance with Section 14 of these Terms.

5. Deposits

All deposits to 777ad are made in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). The minimum deposit is Rs 500. There is no maximum single deposit limit for verified accounts, though 777ad may apply transaction limits for risk management purposes.

Accepted deposit methods at 777ad include:

• Easypaisa (mobile wallet transfer)
• JazzCash (mobile wallet transfer)
• NayaPay (digital bank transfer)
• SadaPay (digital bank transfer)
• IBFT bank transfer from any Pakistani bank
• Visa or Mastercard debit/credit cards issued by Pakistani banks

Deposits are credited to your 777ad account in real time for mobile wallet methods. IBFT bank transfers may take up to 30 minutes to reflect. 777ad does not charge any deposit fee. Your payment provider may apply their own transaction charges, which are outside our control.

All deposited funds must be used solely for gaming on the 777ad platform. 777ad does not function as a money transfer service or wallet. Deposits must only be made using payment methods registered in your own name — third-party deposits are not accepted and will be returned.

6. Withdrawals

Withdrawal requests at 777ad can be submitted at any time from your account dashboard. All withdrawals are processed in PKR. 777ad does not charge any withdrawal fee. The following conditions apply to all withdrawal requests:

• Withdrawals are processed exclusively to a payment method used to deposit into the same 777ad account and confirmed as registered in your name.
• The full wagering requirement on any active bonus must be met before winnings generated from bonus play can be withdrawn.
• Your 777ad account must be fully KYC-verified before a withdrawal can be processed. First withdrawals will trigger a verification check if not already completed.
• The minimum withdrawal amount is Rs 500 for Easypaisa and JazzCash. No minimum applies for IBFT withdrawals above the bank's own minimum transfer value.
• Typical processing times: Easypaisa and JazzCash — under 10 minutes; IBFT — 2 to 4 hours during banking hours; card withdrawals — 3 to 5 business days.

777ad reserves the right to conduct additional verification checks before processing withdrawals for amounts above Rs 200,000. This is standard anti-money laundering procedure and is not an indication of any wrongdoing on your part. We aim to resolve any such review within 48 hours.

7. Bonuses & Promotions

777ad offers a range of bonuses and promotional offers to both new and existing players. The following general terms apply to all bonuses unless the specific promotion's supplementary terms state otherwise:

• One bonus per offer per person: Each 777ad promotion is limited to one claim per registered player, one household, one IP address, and one device. Attempting to claim a bonus multiple times through different accounts constitutes bonus abuse.
• Wagering requirements: All bonuses carry a wagering requirement that must be met before bonus-derived winnings can be withdrawn. The wagering requirement will be stated clearly in the promotion's terms. The standard 777ad wagering requirement is 10× the bonus amount unless stated otherwise.
• Bonus expiry: All 777ad bonuses have an expiry period from the date of crediting, typically 7 to 30 days as stated in the offer terms. Unused bonus funds and associated winnings are forfeited upon expiry.
• Game contribution: Not all games contribute equally to meeting wagering requirements. As a general guide: slots contribute 100%; live casino and roulette contribute 10%; sports betting wagers contribute proportionally based on odds.
• Maximum bet with active bonus: While a bonus is active in your 777ad account, the maximum bet per round or spin is Rs 2,000 unless the promotion's specific terms state otherwise. Bets placed above this limit while a bonus is active may be voided.

777ad reserves the right to amend, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time without prior notice. Bonuses are offered at 777ad's sole discretion and may not be available to all players. Players who are found to be exploiting bonus structures in a manner inconsistent with genuine recreational play may have bonuses removed and accounts reviewed.

8. Betting Rules

All betting activity on 777ad is subject to the game-specific and sportsbook rules applicable to the relevant market or game. The following general betting rules apply across the platform:

• All bets are final once confirmed. 777ad does not accept requests to cancel or modify a bet after it has been accepted by the platform.
• 777ad reserves the right to void any bet where it is determined that the player had access to information that provides an unfair advantage over the platform at the time of placing the bet.
• In the event of technical errors or system malfunctions during a game or bet settlement, 777ad reserves the right to void affected bets and return stakes to players' accounts. Game results settled by a malfunctioning system are not binding.
• Maximum payout limits apply across the 777ad platform. The maximum single-bet payout for casino games is Rs 50,000,000 per event. For sports betting, the maximum payout per slip is Rs 10,000,000. These limits apply regardless of the theoretical payout implied by the odds or game mechanics.
• For live sports betting, 777ad's decisions on the outcome of in-play events are final and binding in all cases where there is a legitimate dispute about the timing of a bet relative to a match event.

Cricket betting at 777ad follows standard international cricket betting rules, including the D/L method for rain-affected matches, dead ball rulings, and no-ball provisions. Detailed cricket betting rules are available within the sportsbook section of the 777ad platform.

9. Player Conduct

777ad is committed to providing a fair and respectful environment for all players. By using the platform you agree to the following conduct standards:

• You will not engage in any form of cheating, collusion, match-fixing, or use of automated software (bots) to gain an unfair advantage on 777ad.
• You will not use abusive, threatening, or offensive language in any communication with 777ad staff or other players via any in-platform chat function.
• You will not attempt to reverse-engineer, hack, disrupt, or interfere with the 777ad platform or any associated technology.
• You will not use VPN or proxy services to circumvent geographic restrictions or account access measures imposed by 777ad.
• You will not initiate chargebacks or payment disputes without first raising the issue with 777ad support at support@777ad.world. Initiating an unwarranted chargeback will be treated as fraud and result in account closure.
• You will not allow any other person to access your 777ad account or play on your behalf.

Breach of conduct standards may result in temporary suspension, permanent account closure, forfeiture of funds, and referral to relevant authorities where criminal activity is suspected. 777ad's decisions regarding player conduct are final.

10. Responsible Gaming

777ad takes its responsible gaming obligations seriously. We provide the following tools freely and without restriction to all registered players:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit caps from your account dashboard. Limits take effect immediately when reduced and after a 24-hour cooling period when increased.
• Loss Limits: Restrict the amount you can lose in a defined period. 777ad will automatically decline further bets when a loss limit is reached.
• Session Time Reminders: Set notifications to alert you when you have been logged into 777ad for a defined period of time.
• Cooling-Off Period: Temporarily suspend your account for a period of 24 hours, 7 days, or 30 days. During a cooling-off period you cannot log in, deposit, or bet on 777ad.
• Self-Exclusion: Permanently close your account for a minimum period of 6 months. During self-exclusion, 777ad will make all reasonable efforts to ensure you are not contacted with marketing material.

11. Privacy & Data Protection

777ad collects, stores, and processes personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is available at /privacy-policy. By using the 777ad platform you consent to the collection and use of your data as described in the Privacy Policy.

We collect only the data necessary to operate your account, comply with our legal and regulatory obligations, prevent fraud, and provide you with the services and communications you have requested. We do not sell your personal data to third parties for marketing purposes.

777ad uses industry-standard encryption (SSL/TLS) for all data transmitted between your device and our servers. Your payment details are handled by certified payment processors and are never stored directly by 777ad in unencrypted form.

12. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, 777ad's total liability to any player in connection with any claim arising from or related to the platform, these Terms, or any service offered through 777ad is limited to the total amount deposited by that player into their 777ad account in the 12 months preceding the claim.

777ad is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive loss or damage, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of goodwill, even if 777ad has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

777ad makes no warranty that the platform will be continuously available, error-free, or free from technical disruptions. While we take all reasonable steps to maintain service continuity, temporary outages may occur. We will not be liable for losses incurred during any period of platform unavailability.

13. Amendments to These Terms

777ad reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. When material changes are made, we will notify registered players via email and/or an in-platform notification at least 7 days before the changes take effect, except where changes are required urgently by law or regulatory authority, in which case they take effect immediately.

The current version of the Terms is always the version published at 777ad.world/terms-conditions. The "Last Updated" date at the top of this page reflects when the current version was published. It is your responsibility to review this page periodically. Continued use of the 777ad platform after any update constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

14. Account Suspension & Termination

Either you or 777ad may close your account at any time. You may close your account by contacting support@777ad.world. Any real-money balance remaining in a closed account in good standing will be returned to your verified payment method within 5 business days of the closure request.

777ad reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any account, without prior notice, in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms or supplementary terms
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration or verification
• Engaging in any form of cheating, fraud, collusion, or bonus abuse on the 777ad platform
• Failure to complete KYC verification within the required timeframe
• Initiating unwarranted chargebacks or payment disputes
• Any activity that 777ad reasonably suspects may involve money laundering, criminal activity, or a threat to the integrity of the platform

Where an account is closed due to breach of Terms, 777ad reserves the right to withhold any remaining balance, void pending bets, and forfeit bonus funds. Real-money deposits that are verifiably unrelated to any breach may be returned at 777ad's discretion following a review.

15. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these Terms or your use of the 777ad platform should first be directed to 777ad's customer support team at support@777ad.world. We will make every reasonable effort to resolve disputes informally within 14 days of receiving a written complaint.

If a dispute cannot be resolved informally, both parties agree to submit to binding arbitration. The decision of the arbitrator will be final and binding on both parties.

These Terms do not affect any statutory rights you may have as a consumer that cannot be excluded or limited by contract under applicable law. Nothing in these Terms limits 777ad's liability for fraud, wilful misconduct, or any other liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.
